Creative Hands Studio

Creative Hands Studio offers activities such as ceramic painting, pottery painting, clay hand building, ceramic hand building, glass fusing, paint on canvas, acrylic pour paintings, pottery wheel throws, clay sculpting, fluid resin paintings, and open art class – drop in. The program also runs summer art camps, pottery camps, robotics camps, school break art camps, and school break pottery camp, along with a kids pottery program and fine art after school classes. Additional options include resin workshops, resin fluid art workshops, resin pouring techniques, a raku firing workshop, candle making workshops (including a BYOB candle making workshop), a flower bouquet workshop, paint and sip and paint n sip events, a 90 min wheel throwing class, an adult pottery class, parent and me painting, kids night out, and kids & adult art parties and team building events.

• Schedule: General studio hours run Monday to Thursday 3 PM to 8 PM, Friday 12 PM to 8 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 11 AM to 5 PM, with additional Monday to Friday 10 AM to 3 PM hours reserved for team building and private events; drop-in ceramic glazing is available Monday to Friday 3 PM to 8 PM and Saturday to Sunday 11 AM to 5 PM; resin workshops run every 3rd Friday of each month from 7 PM to 8 PM; Paint and Sip runs every 2nd Friday of each month from 7 PM to 9 PM; session options include a 90 min wheel throwing class, a 10-week adult pottery class, a 4-week trial enrollment, and 4-, 9-, or 11-week pottery class programs.
• Price: $50.00 for the Raku Firing Workshop; $115.00 for the Flower Bouquet Workshop; $425.00 for the Math & Reading Summer Camp; $45.00 for the Candle Making Workshop – BYOB; $35.00 for the Open Art Class – Drop In.

Creative Hands Studio notes that walk-ins are welcome for ceramic painting and that there is a pottery painting open studio and a ceramic glazing studio with a large collection of pre-fired ceramic pieces. The program offers membership options, a special 4-week trial enrollment at 50% off for new students, 50% off one month trial fine art after school classes, and 50% off pottery class gift cards. Summer options include summer art, pottery, and robotics camps with hands-on pottery, painting, and weekly projects, and there are limited summer spots. Families can choose from art camps or pottery camp during school breaks, with options for 1, 3, or 5 full days of art camp or 5 full days of pottery camp. Kids & adult art parties and corporate team-building events are available with customized party packages, and all materials are included for Paint and Sip. The program reports a semi-private class structure with an 8:1 student-teacher ratio, over 500 students, over 100 birthday parties every year, and 12 awards won by students.
