About
VEGA Gymnastics offers Pluto for ages 18 months to 3 years, with parent participation, balance beam, bounce house, and practice of basic skills. It also offers Neptune for ages 3 to 4.5 years, with stretching, rolling, strength-building games, and obstacle courses. Other offerings include Saturn, Jupiter Girls, Mars Girls, Earth Girls, Mercury Boys, Comets Boys, Teen Gymnastics Girls, Sensory Friendly Family, Tumbling & Trampoline, and Homeschool Gymnastics.
Programs
- Pluto — Ages 18 Months-3yrs · 40 Minutes. Class includes parent participation, balance beam, bounce house, and practice basic skills.
- Neptune — Ages 3-4.5 yrs · 40 Minutes. Class includes how to stretch, roll, build strength through games, and obstacle courses.
- Saturn — Ages 4.5-5yrs · 40 Minutes. Class includes build core strength, build arm strength, learn headstands and forward rolls, and gymnastic fundamentals.
- Jupiter Girls — Ages 6-7yrs · 55 Minutes. Class includes chin ups, rope climbs, splits, standing bridges, handstands and cartwheels.
- Mars Girls — 8-9 yrs · 55 Minutes. Class includes vault, bars, beam, floor tumble track and power tumbling, cartwheels, handstands, bridge kickovers, and beginning tumbling.
- Earth Girls — 10-12 years
- Mercury Boys — Ages 6-8
- Comets Boys — Ages 9 & up
- Teen Gymnastics Girls — Ages 13-18
- Sensory Friendly Family
- Tumbling & Trampoline — Ages 6-8; Ages 9-18
- Homeschool Gymnastics — Ages 5-8 · 55 Minutes. A way to keep students active while learning new skills and interacting with other homeschoolers.
