About

Seattle Starz Lacrosse focuses on lacrosse training and development. The program is described as Washington’s leader in lacrosse training and development, and its players compete nationally. Teams from Seattle Starz Lacrosse have won numerous championships across the country, including in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

Since 2015, Seattle Starz Lacrosse has helped develop and train over 220 NCAA collegiate players, including 82 student-athletes playing at the Division 1 level, 8 at U.S. Military Academies, and 6 at Ivy League universities. The organization states that it has built a national reputation for developing student-athletes who are widely recruited to play at many of the nation’s universities, colleges, and academies. Its mission is that through the sport of lacrosse, it fosters and develops in its players the life skills of commitment, collaboration, and character that are necessary for student-athletes to reach their highest level of personal growth and success. Seattle Starz Lacrosse also highlights the guiding phrase “MISSION: SKILLS FOR LACROSSE | SKILLS FOR SUCCESS | SKILLS FOR LIFE” and lists its values as “ACHIEVEMENT | CHARACTER | TEAMWORK | IMPROVEMENT | OPTIMISM | NOW.” The program describes its culture as a set of expectations that every player, coach, and parent commit to uphold. The leadership team includes Chris Rotelli as President, Scott Kelly as Chief Operating Officer, Dylan Hummel as HS Boys Coaching Director, Jack Pruitt as HS Boys Recruiting Director, Cameron Cronk as Youth Boys Coaching Director, and Cathy Eitzen as Operations Director.
