Everett Youth Hockey Rep/Travel Program includes hockey practices, rep tryouts, off ice training, and 10UC half ice games refereeing where referees can earn $30 per game. Rep/Travel is described as a blended concept of competition and growth, and the program exposes players to competitive hockey while centering individual skill development. Rep/Travel teams skate two times a week for 1.25-hour practices, with additional development opportunities and mandatory practices, and off ice training is expected before and during the season.

The program follows the American Development Model, which is described as a nationwide model for developing American hockey players and as a tool that will ensure every kid has a great chance to succeed. Leagues for Rep/Travel teams include PCAHA (Hockey Canada BC League), PNAHA (USA Hockey WA State League), and MHL (City League), and all listed Rep teams are Non-National Bound. The 17UHS team will compete in either the PNAHA State B League/High School or the Pacific Coast Amateur Hockey Association U18 League and will participate in the PNAHA HS State Tournament.
Rep/Travel tryouts are scheduled by division, including 12UA1 Rep Tryouts on April 25th and 26th, 17UHS Jr Silvertips tryouts on April 25th and 26th, 17U–14U–12UA2 Rep Tryouts from April 29th to May 3rd, 14UB (U15-A1) PCAHA tryouts from May 1st to 3rd, 12UA (U13-A2) PCAHA tryouts from May 1st to 3rd, and 10U Rep Tryouts on July 31st, August 1st, and 2nd. Listed ice times include multiple sessions at CIR, such as 12UAA (U13-A1) PCAHA on Saturday April 25th from 2:10–3:25pm and 5:00–6:15pm, and Sunday April 26th from 11:10–12:25pm for the final skate, as well as similar three-session formats for 17UHS Jr Silvertips, 14UB, 12UA (U13-A2), and 10U Rep. Specific tryout date ranges are given as April 25th–26th for 17UHS and 12U A1, May 1st–3rd for 14UB and 12U A2, and July 31st–August 3rd for 10UA1 and 10UA2.
USA Hockey Registration is required to register for any tryout. Players who are not selected for the 12UA1 team are not required to register or pay to attend the 12UA2 tryouts on April 25th and 26th. Uniform and apparel for Rep teams consist of sublimated EYH home, away, and third jersey kits, and the 17UHS team also has a mandatory swag kit.
The leadership team includes Hockey Director Kristian Armstrong, EYH Cubs Beginner Director Zach Wegener, and Office Administrator/Registrar Lisa Menzl. EYH Hockey Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Community involvement includes supporting young athletes while enjoying the game and working alongside EYH coaches and visiting teams to set up for game day.
