Imagine Children's Museum Programs

Imagine Children's Museum Programs includes drop-in programs on select days with art, science, movement, engineering, and guided play. It also offers summer camps for ages 4-5, 6-8, and 9-12, with camp times that vary by age group. Summer Museum Makers is a free summer day camp for ages 9-12, held Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-3:00 pm, with two sessions in 2026 that have the same content.

• Summer Museum Makers — 9-12 · Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-3:00 pm · Free summer day camp held at Imagine Children’s Museum. Two sessions in 2026; both sessions have the same content. Registration is now closed.

About the provider

The museum says that free and guided play builds a child’s social and academic development, and that it promotes the power of play: learning and growing by doing what every child loves to do best—play. Its credentials and awards include Voted #1 for Family Entertainment in The Daily Herald’s “Best of Snohomish County Awards 2024,” Best Children’s Entertainment from King 5 Evening Magazine, the STEM Science Education Advocacy Award, and Best Museum, Day Camps and Party Place from Nickelodeon’s Parents Connect. It also lists Community Access Nights, discounted memberships, and service to schools, family service organizations, and other local nonprofits.

All camps for ages 4-5 are currently full and are designed for kids who have not yet entered Kindergarten. Campers must be able to use the restroom completely independently. Age exceptions are determined on a case-by-case basis. Summer Museum Makers eligibility requires a camper aged 9-12 who will have finished 2nd grade by summer 2026 and whose family qualifies for the Museums for All access program. Registration for Summer Museum Makers is closed.
