Mercer Island Boys & Girls Club Programs offers year-round youth sports programs that include Basketball Academy, Rec Basketball, Flag Football, Tackle Football, and Volleyball Clinics. Kids can also attend specialized summer day camps that focus on topics such as the arts, sports, science, exploration, and leadership, along with other nationally recognized programs offered in a fun and supportive environment.

• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: Options Monday–Friday with morning and afternoon hours, including before-school and after-school times

The mission of Mercer Island Boys & Girls Club Programs is to inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need it most, to reach their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring community members. The leadership team includes Bridget Powers, Executive Director of Athletics; Becky Shaddle, Operations Director; Vanessa Arias, Program Director; Bella Foos, Athletic Director; and Adam Folk, Athletic Coordinator. The program has partnered with several local mental health organizations to support youth-focused mental health programs and training for staff. Its Mental Wellness Initiative addresses youth behavioral and mental health needs, and staff are described as youth development experts trained in social-emotional learning and trauma informed care, supported by innovative safety policies and a focus on both physical and emotional safety.
