Capitol Hill Soccer Club Youth Leagues offers Fall Soccer, an Indoor Rec league, and youth leagues at Arena Sports. The program includes a Mod Soccer League (U6–U9), an Association Level League (U10–19), the All-City Jamboree, The City Tournament, and a community challenge match. Youth leagues at Arena Sports are organized by age, gender, and skill level and welcome players from U6 through high school.

Fall Soccer runs from August through November, with U6 and U8 teams playing on Sundays and U7 and U9 teams playing on Saturdays. The All-City Jamboree is a one-day event on the Saturday after Thanksgiving with games for U8 and U9 teams only. The City Tournament is a historic double-elimination tournament organized by Seattle Youth Soccer Association (SYSA) since 1969 for U11–19 teams, with games played over 2–3 weeks in December. The Indoor Rec league runs January through March, with a kickoff on January 10th, and is for recreational and beginner teams who want to continue during the off-season. Youth leagues at Arena Sports take place on Saturdays and Sundays, with a time commitment of one hour a week for games only, no practices, over a 10-game season with 45-minute games. These Arena Sports leagues are for rec and beginner teams only, allow players to create an indoor team with friends, and also offer House Teams for players without a team.
