Aspiring Youth offers activity groups such as Jr. Explorers, Explorers, Navigators, and Teen Crew, along with options like Building and Inventing, Creative Arts, Intro to LARPing, and Tabletop Games. The program also includes All Ages Indoor Rock Climbing, Girls Indoor Rock Climbing, theater, climbing, art, and robust tech learning through Seattle Creator Studio.

Aspiring Youth and Delphi Young Adults have been providing social skills groups, summer camps, coaching, and other programs for children, teens, young adults, and their families since 2004. The program serves students ages 8–18 throughout the Puget Sound region including Seattle, West Seattle, Redmond, Bellevue, and Kirkland. Its master’s level facilitators and coaches have training in education, psychology, and social work, and the program hires staff with extensive experience working with its student population. Aspiring Youth is a nationally accredited program and is part of Ryther, a non-profit leader in behavioral health services for over 130 years. The program states that some students are shy, some are quirky, some are twice exceptional, and many have a diagnosis of autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, or similar traits. According to its mission, students develop tools and confidence to navigate their social world, and the program focuses on consultation with parents, teachers, and providers so students can apply skills to social, academic, and family life. The program states that it creates an environment where students can make sustainable friendships, and that engaging activities and social events in year-round programs strengthen self-esteem, trust, and a new social community.
