About

UA Flag Football Camps offers week-long and summer day camps that focus on skills related to the sport through development drills, games, and scrimmages. Campers take part in offensive position training and drills, defensive position training and drills, skills competitions, and flag football games and scrimmages. The program also includes speed and agility work and discussions on safety and sportsmanship in a safe, fun environment, with grouping by age and ability.

• Ages: 6–14 years old
• Schedule: Sample full-day schedule runs from 8:45am check-in to 3:00pm departure, with many camps condensed into a half day

UA Flag Football Camps is staffed by knowledgeable flag football coaches. Each camper receives a swag kit that includes a UA camper T-shirt, UA flag belt, UA headband, and UA drawstring cleat bag.
