• Ages: 5–11 years old
• Schedule: Weekly day camp options from the week of June 8 through the week of August 17, 2026, 8:00 am–4:00 pm, closed on July 3, 2026

The camp is led by Wisconsin Swim Academy owner Susie Van Ekeren, who began teaching swim lessons from her backyard in 2008 and continues to teach 20 years later. Campers participate in 30-minute swim class sessions with small class sizes of up to 3 students per class, and private swim lessons are available upon request. The staff includes a crew of lifeguard-certified instructors with almost 180 years of combined swim experience, and the program is a certified member of the United States Swim School Association. Families can use an app to register for classes, submit absences, request make-up lessons within 30 days, and receive push reminders. The program lists core values of Positivity, Honesty, Empathy, Community, and Safety, and notes that campers must be able to use the bathroom independently.
The mission statement for Just Keep Swimming Summer Day Camps focuses on a loving, gentle approach to teaching swimming lessons by first earning a child’s trust and then building their confidence, with safety named as the priority and the belief that confident swimmers are safe swimmers. The program also notes involvement with Community Partners.
Parent testimonials describe satisfaction with the instructors, individualized swim lessons, small lesson sizes, knowledgeable and friendly teachers, and positive experiences at Wisconsin Swim Academy. One parent reports a child who was previously scared to put their head under water swimming under water after one session, and multiple parents state that they recommend Wisconsin Swim Academy to others.
