Chippewa Falls Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Programs

Chippewa Falls Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Programs are offered through the Chippewa Falls Parks, Recreation, and Forestry department. Families can use an activity registration system and website provided by MyRec.com Recreation Software to sign up for available offerings. The department also shares a 2026 Spring & Summer Activity Guide and the City of Chippewa Falls Outdoor Recreation Plan 2026–2031 for community members to review.

• Schedule: Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:30am to 4:30pm, and Friday from 8:30am to 12:00pm.

The department states that its mission is to meet and exceed the community’s expectations by maintaining clean, safe, and beautiful parks and facilities for all to enjoy for generations to come. It also states that by providing leisure and recreational activities, it will promote healthy habits and educational, social, and emotional development that last a lifetime. The Chippewa Falls Park Board meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall. The department offers memorials to remember a loved one every time visitors go to Irvine Park, along with department opportunities to support the park.
