Milestones Early Educational Community offers a child-driven, self-guided curriculum based on the principles of respect, responsibility, and community. The program includes distinct rooms and programs such as an Infant Room, 1-Year-Old Room, 2-Year-Old Room, 3-Year-Old Room, 4-Year-Old Room, School Age Program, Summer Program, Toddler & Twos, Preschool & 3K, Chippewa Falls 4K Cardinals, Before & After School, and a School Age Summer Camp. The centers state that they value each child's unique background and culture and create a learning space where everyone feels a sense of belonging.

Milestones Early Educational Community child care centers are Nationally Accredited, five-star rated, and identified as Pyramid Model implementation sites.
