Mequon-Thiensville Recreation Department Youth Programs

Mequon-Thiensville Recreation Department Youth Programs are offered through the Mequon-Thiensville Recreation Department, which provides a wide variety of programs and classes for all ages. The department places sportsmanship at the forefront of its youth sports programs and seeks to foster a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for players, coaches, and spectators. The Mequon-Thiensville School District oversees the community’s recreation department, which includes Mequon-Thiensville Recreation Department Youth Programs. The department states that volunteers provide supplemental support to teachers and students and add human resources to enrich the educational experience. The Mequon-Thiensville Recreation Department states that it strongly believes all citizens should have the opportunity to participate in recreation programs regardless of financial status. The department’s mission states that the role of the M-T Recreation Department is to create a closer partnership between school and community through greater use of school facilities and resources.
