• Ages: 4 months–12 years old
• Schedule: Classes and camps available in 45-minute, 50 minute, and hour-long combination sessions
The Little Gym is the place where children ages 4 months to 12 years learn and grow through movement-based learning and imaginative play. The program uses a proprietary philosophy called Three-Dimensional Learning, which includes Get Moving, Brain Boost, and Citizen Kid, with a focus on physical, social, and emotional growth. The Little Gym describes its approach as movement with meaning in a non-competitive setting, with safe spaces for children and parents to explore gymnastics and more, and as part of a global community of families, instructors, and local business owners. The first The Little Gym opened in 1976 in Bellevue, Washington.
Parent Survival Night is offered as an event that gives parents a break. One parent described “wonderful caring instructors here, they are so patient with the kids,” and another called it the “best little gym in the area” and said “they take great care of the little ones are are very attentive” and “highly recommend.”
