Ms. Malaika Osei’s educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Public Service with a focus on Criminal Justice Administration from Marquette University.

Signature Dance Company partners with local churches and youth organizations to deliver dance instruction. Professionally, Tecia Sellers has worked in leadership roles in various community organizations, and serving the public has been a part of Malaika Osei’s life since she was a teenager.
