About

Glass Studio Classes and Camps offers glass art classes that use glass as the primary medium. Youth can take part in specific projects such as Trees and Nature in Fused Glass, Garden Yard Art, and Floral Suncatcher. The program runs in The Glass Studio, which offers classes and camps for both youth and adults.

• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: Open Tuesday–Saturday during daytime hours, with extended hours on Thursday and limited Sunday hours
• Price: Groups consisting of more than 20 people will be required to pay a fee of $9.00 per person exceeding this limit (e.g., a group of 25 would pay $45).

The mission of Glass Studio Classes and Camps is: “We provide extraordinary glass experiences to spark fun, kindle creativity, and illuminate learning for all.” Bergstrom-Mahler Museum of Glass, which runs The Glass Studio, is a not for profit, 501(c)(3) organization. Funding for Adaptive Bags was provided by the Oshkosh Area Community Foundation through a Youth Program Grant and by Anne Coté and Gillian Leggett. The museum offers always free admission, free WiFi for guests, two quiet rooms inside the museum, adaptive backpacks available to check out free of charge, and a Museum Shop with glass gifts whose proceeds support museum programming. Large bags and backpacks need to be left with Visitor Services, and no food or open beverages are allowed in the galleries, classroom, or shop.
