Glacial Community YMCA Children & Youth Nights is a program of the Glacial Community YMCA. The program is connected to a larger nonprofit organization that includes over 2,700 Ys in 10,000 communities across the United States.

The Glacial Community YMCA lists Heather Burkle as the team leader for Mission to Valparaiso, Chile, and Bruce Osborn as Director of Spiritual Development. Its mission statement is “To put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all.” The organization’s community involvement includes partnerships with Esperanza Viva, a Christian youth home and orphanage in Puebla, Mexico, and with the YMCA of Valparaiso, Chile. In 2017, the Glacial Community YMCA decided to take its mission international by forming partnerships to offer support, resources, and volunteer hours. Mission trips include a cross-culture exchange with service projects focused on underprivileged children, youth, and adults of Valparaiso and of the Jorge Williams School, with the ACJ (YMCA) of Valparaiso serving as host and providing lodging, most meals, and tour guidance for sightseeing around Valparaiso and Santiago.
