Little Dumplings Early Learning Center

Little Dumplings Early Learning Center offers Infant Day Care, Toddler Day Care, Pre School for 3–4 year olds, and Pre K programs. The program also includes Before & After School care, as well as Summer Camps for children ages 3–5 years and 6–12 years.

According to its mission statement, Little Dumplings Early Learning Center focuses on the first five years as critical years for learning and development and follows the Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards. The program states that it maintains a family oriented business with a non-corporate feel and provides personalized care where families know all teachers by their first name. Program goals include helping children thrive physically, emotionally and socially, developing music, art and readiness skills, building language and vocabulary skills, and encouraging a positive attitude toward learning. Additional stated goals include providing varied and challenging play materials and equipment, teaching children to use materials creatively and constructively, stimulating intellectual development through activities and projects, developing small and large motor skills, and teaching respect by showing respect. For parents and guardians, stated goals include providing peace of mind through quality care, supporting parents while they pursue work or other interests, offering chances to take part in their child’s daily activities at the center, holding parent forums to discuss issues and solutions, and offering Parent Teacher Conferences on a regular basis.
