During the school year, the Radford Center and Quest Program run Monday through Friday from 2:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and The CLUB Teen Center runs Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The Club is closed for regular programming on Saturday and Sunday, and special events are occasionally scheduled on weekends. Non-school day programs run Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and summer programs run Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. On days when school is canceled, the Club will strive to have facilities open by 8:00 a.m. and will close at 5:30 p.m. After-school program and CLC sites run from school dismissal until 5:30 p.m. during the school year, including on early dismissal days.
The program includes the BE GREAT: Graduate Program, the Great Futures Mentoring Program, and a Youth & Family Grief Support Group. Families can receive text message updates for weather-related openings and closings and emergency situations via Remind. The new Winneconne After School Program is part of the Club’s offerings.
For 5- and 6-year-olds, departure from the Club requires being signed out by an authorized adult. At the Radford Center, all youth ages 7–12 who depart must be picked up by an authorized adult or have a permission slip on file to leave unaccompanied. Club members must scan their Club card or sign in and out on paper when entering and departing. Club members who leave the building may not return until the following day, and the Club accepts no responsibility for members who choose to leave the Club. If a parent or guardian appears under the influence or it would be unsafe to release a child, staff may ask another family member to pick up the child or contact proper authorities.
The Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh is a United Way agency and is a proud sponsor of Healthy Habits and Triple Play programs.
