About

After-School Programs at the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh and Omro Sites run after school during the school year and also offer full-day options on non-school days, during Spring Break, and in the summer. When members enter or leave, they scan their Club card or sign in and out at the front desk. The program includes sites such as the Downtown Oshkosh Club, Omro site, Radford Center, Quest Program, The CLUB Teen Center, and administrative offices.

The Club’s after-school program and the school district’s CLC sites operate from school dismissal until 5:30 p.m. during the school year, including on early dismissal days. Non-school day programs run Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The Club runs a Spring Break Program at the Downtown Oshkosh Club and Omro site, and summer programs run from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. On days when school is canceled, facilities strive to open by 8:00 a.m. and close at 5:30 p.m. The Club is closed for regular programming on Saturday and Sunday, but special events are occasionally scheduled on weekends. Omro runs its own non-school day program based on the School District of Omro calendar.

When Club members enter the facility, they are required to scan their Club card into the member management system or sign in at the front desk if they do not have their card, and when departing they are required to scan out or sign out on paper. The CLUB Teen Center has an open-door policy, and teens ages 13 and older may depart from the Club at their own discretion. The Radford Center requires all youth ages 7–12 who depart from the Club to be picked up by an authorized adult or have a permission slip on file that allows them to leave unaccompanied. Children ages 5–6 may not leave the Club unless they have been signed out by an authorized adult. Club members who leave the building may not return until the following day, and the Club accepts no responsibility for members who choose to leave the Club.

If a family needs a scholarship, they can call 920-233-1414. Parents can verify weather-related openings by calling 920-233-1414, ext. 110 after 7:00 a.m. or by checking Facebook. If signed up for Remind, parents receive text notifications about weather-related openings and closings and emergency situations.
