About
After-School and Summer Programs at the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh and Omro Sites include after-school programs, non-school day programs, and summer programs during weekdays. The program uses a member management system where Club members scan their Club card or sign in when they enter and scan or sign out when they leave. Club members who leave the building may not return until the following day.

During the school year in Oshkosh, the Radford Center and Quest Program run Monday through Friday from 2:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and The CLUB Teen Center runs Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The Club is closed for regular programming on Saturday and Sunday, and special events are occasionally scheduled on weekends. Non-school day programs run Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and summer programs run Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. After-school program and CLC sites run from school dismissal until 5:30 p.m. during the school year, including on early dismissal days. On days when school is canceled, the Club will strive to have facilities open by 8:00 a.m. and will close at 5:30 p.m. Administrative offices are open year-round Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The CLUB Teen Center has an open-door policy where teens ages 13 and older may depart from the Club at their own discretion. At the Radford Center, all youth ages 7–12 who depart from the Club must be picked up by an authorized adult or have a permission slip on file that allows them to leave unaccompanied. Children ages 5–6 may not leave the Club unless they have been signed out by an authorized adult. If a staff member suspects that a parent or guardian picking up a child is under the influence of alcohol or other drugs, or that it would otherwise be unsafe to release the child into that person’s care, staff may ask another family member to pick up the child or contact the proper authorities.
Parents can sign up for Remind to receive text notifications about weather-related openings and closings and emergency situations. The Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh operates under the Oshkosh Area School District calendar for non-school days, and Omro runs its own non-school day program based on the School District of Omro calendar. The Club runs a Spring Break Program at the Downtown Oshkosh Club and Omro site.
The Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh is a United Way agency. Partners organize an “Operation: Sunscreen” drive to provide sunscreen for Club kids during summer activity. Volunteers from Oshkosh Corporation’s Good to Give Back program have participated in a Character & Empowerment Class. The Club hosts National Night Out at the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh with local first responders and more than 30 local organizations. A sponsor is acknowledged for supporting Healthy Habits and Triple Play programs.
