After-School Programs at the Club
Radford Center, 501 E Parkway Ave, Oshkosh, WI 54901
About
After-School Programs at the Club run during the school year and on non-school days, with different hours for each program area. The program also offers a Spring Break Program at the Downtown Oshkosh Club and Omro site. When members enter and leave, they scan their Club card or sign in and out if they do not have their card.
• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: School-year after-school hours on weekdays, with additional non-school day, Spring Break, and summer weekday hours
• Price: A non-school day fee will apply.
During the school year, Oshkosh Club hours are Monday through Friday from 2:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Radford Center and Quest Program, and from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at The CLUB Teen Center. The Club is closed for regular programming on Saturday and Sunday, and special events are occasionally scheduled on weekends. Non-school day programs run Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and summer programs run Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. On days when school is canceled, the Club will strive to open by 8:00 a.m. and close at 5:30 p.m. After School Care Sites and Community Learning Center hours run from school dismissal until 5:30 p.m. during the school year, including on early dismissal days. Omro will also run its own non-school day program based on the School District of Omro calendar.
The CLUB Teen Center has an open-door policy. The Radford Center requires that all youth ages 7–12 who leave the Club be picked up by an authorized adult or have a permission slip on file that allows them to leave unaccompanied. Children ages 5–6 may not leave the Club unless they have been signed out by an authorized adult. Club members who leave the building may not return until the following day. When Club members enter the facility, they are required to scan their Club card into the member management system or sign in if they do not have their card, and they must also scan out or sign out when they leave. If a staff member suspects that a parent or guardian picking up a child is under the influence of alcohol or other drugs, or that it would otherwise be unsafe to release the child into that person’s care, staff may ask for another family member to pick up the child or contact the proper authorities.
Parents can register children for 2025/2026 After-School Programs at parentportal.bgcosh.org. If a family needs a scholarship for Spring Break programs, they are instructed to call 920-233-1414. The Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh is a United Way agency and is a proud sponsor of Healthy Habits and Triple Play programs.
