About
Xcelerate Nike Boys Lacrosse Camp at Carroll University includes dynamic drills, small-sided games, team challenges, and position training for Attack, Midfield, Defense, and Goalie. Campers take part in morning, afternoon, and evening training sessions that focus on fundamentals, skill development, and scrimmages. Every camper receives a reversible Xcelerate Nike practice jersey, and Nike prizes are awarded for outstanding play, sportsmanship, and improvement.

This is the camp’s 7th year in Wisconsin. The camp is led by Camp Director Gabe Pearlman, who is the Carroll University Head Men’s Lacrosse Coach and a 2018 graduate of Beloit College, where he was a four-year varsity lacrosse player, three-time Dean’s List honoree, and two-time Midwest Lacrosse Conference All-Academic Team member. His previous roles include Head Men’s Lacrosse Coach at Marian University, where he coached two All-Conference Honorable Mention selections and one CSC Academic All-American and expanded the roster to 21 players, and Graduate Assistant Coach at Frostburg State University, where he helped the team break program records for goals, assists, and points in a single season and guided four offensive players to All-Conference honors. He has additional coaching experience at 6 Points Sports Academy, Washington and Jefferson College, and Stevenson High School.
Dorm life for overnight campers is in air-conditioned rooms in Hilger Hall, with two campers per room and shared bathrooms, and staff reside in the dormitories with campers and participate in all activities. Linens are not included, so campers bring their own linens or sleeping bag, pillow, pillowcase, and towel. All meals are provided for overnight campers, and lunch and dinner are provided for extended day campers. Campers at this multi-day camp receive a Xcelerate Nike Lacrosse Camps reversible jersey and prizes, and the first 10 campers to register receive a free Nike lacrosse head on Day 1. Team discounts are available for groups of four or more campers, with each camper receiving a $30 discount. Drugs, alcohol, and tobacco are strictly prohibited and are grounds for dismissal from camp without a refund.
