Woodson YMCA Youth Sports, Aquatics, and Enrichment Programs include activities such as group exercise classes, unlimited yoga, water exercise classes, small group training, personal training, swim lessons, and water safety courses like lifeguard certification and CPR/AED & First Aid classes. The program also offers Mini-Movers, Jr. Gymnastics, Gymnastics, Tumbling, Performance Training, Homeschool classes, Karate and Black Belt Club, Kids Cooking Classes, Tri-Sport Camp, Y Star Youth Basketball, and Massage Therapy.

Mini-Movers for ages 1–4, Jr. Gymnastics for ages 4–6, Gymnastics for ages 6+, Tumbling for ages 6+, Performance Training for ages 5+, and Homeschool for ages 5+ are offered during Spring 1 from March 9 to April 26. Kids Cooking Classes include a Flap Jacks class on Monday, March 9, and Tri-Sport Camp meets Monday and Tuesday evenings from March 9 to 24. Y Star Youth Basketball meets Saturday mornings from March 7 to April 11.

The organization’s history includes its beginnings in 1891, multiple building projects and expansions, the opening of the Aspirus Branch in 2005, a $3 million expansion project completed in 2014, and a stated vision for transformation that began in 2019.
