Camp One Step offers a variety of programs including Sibling Camp, Summer Camp, Adventure Camp, Camp One Step Heroes, and digital camps for kids with cancer and their families. The organization also runs events such as the Camp is Gold Gala, Charity Poker Championship, Camp One Step Golf Classic, One Swing for Camp One Step, and Run with Team One Step.

Camp One Step has more than 45 years of experience and has served over 20,000 campers. Its free in-person and digital camps serve kids with cancer who are newly diagnosed, in treatment, or in remission, as well as their siblings and parents. Inclusion, accessibility, connections, and empowerment are stated as core parts of its mission. The mission of Camp One Step is to provide free year-round camp experiences for kids with cancer and their families that foster joy, belonging, confidence, and lifelong friendships.
The leadership team includes Devin Ryan-Holanda (Vice President of Camps & Experiences), Jessica Hopper (Director of Camps & Experiences), Lucy Burzynski (Manager of Camps & Experiences), Madeline Brown (Manager of Camps & Experiences), Susie Burke (Medical Director), Erin Senft (Medical Manager), Paige Hoesley (Vice President of Philanthropy), Jill Kulbok Carlson (Director of Philanthropy), Tara Bond (Manager of Philanthropy), and Hannah Smith-Davis (Manager of Philanthropy). More than 400 volunteers donate their time to support Camp One Step programs. The organization gives special thanks to generous corporations and organizations in the community that support its mission.
