California Dance Theatre

California Dance Theatre offers a complete dance curriculum that includes Classical Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Modern, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Tap, Preschool Dance, Acro, Boys Classes, Adult Classes, Aerial, musical theatre, and aerial arts. The program also offers a pre-professional training program and is home of the Tiler Peck Summer Intensive. Pre-school Dance this summer with Ms. Amy is offered for ages 4–6.

Founded in 1985, California Dance Theatre is celebrating its 40th year of dance. It was founded by Artistic Directors Kim Maselli and Joyce Hurley, and Administrative Director Lori Sorensen. The program’s mission is that California Dance Theatre inspires, instills, and nurtures a love for dance, movement, and the performing arts. California Dance Theatre is the official training school of Pacific Festival Ballet and is located in the Conejo Valley. The school is proud to include the AMERICAN BALLET THEATRE® National Training Curriculum, an 8-level program with age-appropriate, outcome-based guidelines. Classes are taught by highly accredited faculty. California Dance Theatre excelled at YAGP and the Music Theater, Spotlight competition 2025, showcasing talent in classical ballet and contemporary dance.
