Luna’s Montessori Bilingual School offers a wide variety of learning experiences that include science, music, art, practical life activities, sensorial activities, language activities, mathematics activities, and a cultural curriculum. The program includes Spanish language introduction, a Spanish immersion afternoon program, and a summer program that runs during the months of July and August. Children are supervised at all times by a staff member and work with multi-sensory, sequential, and self-correcting Montessori materials in two classrooms with plenty of natural light and access to a beautiful playground.

Luna’s Montessori Bilingual School is a bilingual, family-oriented school with programs divided into regular programs and special programs, including Spanish language introduction, a Spanish immersion afternoon program, and a summer program. The school’s core values are Empathy, Peace, Respect, and Courtesy, and the curriculum emphasizes practical life, sensorial, language, and mathematics as core areas, with enrichment activities in science, geography, art, and special classes. The cultural curriculum includes topics such as life cycles of animals and plants, cosmic education, holidays, birthday celebrations, countries, continents, and diverse cultures. Parents are responsible for sending up to two snacks and lunch; all children have a morning snack, children who stay later need lunch and an afternoon snack, and children eat their snack before 3:00 pm. The ratio is one teacher to every ten students, and the program is currently offered five days a week, with the option to discuss an adjustment period of two or three days a week as a transition plan.
All lead teachers are AMS Certified and bring years of teaching experience to their classrooms. Luna’s Montessori Bilingual School is licensed by the State of California Department of Social Services and is a full affiliate member school of the American Montessori Society.
