Happy Day Montessori School

Happy Day Montessori School follows Dr. Maria Montessori’s method, with children engaging in practical life, sensorial, language, math, culture, and geography work. The multi-age classrooms encourage children to move, touch, manipulate, and explore, with the freedom to choose their work under the guidance of a teacher. Beautiful classrooms offer a cozy circle of first-time friends and support younger preschoolers’ sense of order and beauty, concentration, coordination, and independence, while children learn to work independently based on their own initiative.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM

The program’s mission is to provide a safe, warm, loving, and developmentally appropriate environment for children to grow and learn, and to prepare each child emotionally, physically, and mentally for the future. The school creates daily stimulating activities and lesson plans designed for each child so they can explore their interests at their own pace. Teachers are dedicated to creating an AMS-style traditional Montessori environment and accept a professional commitment to serving the needs of the whole child mentally, physically, and emotionally. The environment also offers a diverse cultural experience and states that children build concentration, a love of learning, self-esteem, excellent problem-solving skills, and self-discipline.
