AYSO Region 13 Soccer Programs

AYSO Region 13 Soccer Programs includes Preschool (4U/5U) for introduction to soccer through play, Fall Soccer (6U-14U) as the core recreational program, and Spring Soccer (6U-19U) as league play similar to fall. It also includes NEXT for advanced training, EPIC for adaptive soccer for players needing assistance, Sunday Soccer for skills academy and goalkeeper training, Winter Stars for 8-week training and games, All-Stars for advanced players, Grad Series for players moving from 8U to 10U, and EXTRA for tryout-based select play.

At a glance

• Ages: 4–18 years old
• General schedule: Fall Programs run September through mid-November. Winter Programs run January through March. Spring Programs run March through May. The main season runs from September through mid-November. All-Stars season is January through February. Tryout-based EXTRA runs Fall through Spring.

About the provider

AYSO Region 13 has served families in the Pasadena area since 1972. It is a volunteer-run organization serving players ages 4-19 in Pasadena, Altadena, La Cañada Flintridge, and surrounding communities. AYSO’s mission is to develop and deliver quality youth soccer programs that promote a fun, family environment based on six core philosophies.

Open Registration; no tryouts for general programs. AYSO’s six core philosophies are Everyone Plays, Balanced Teams, Open Registration, Positive Coaching, Good Sportsmanship, and Player Development. Region 13 plays in person in the Pasadena area and does not offer a virtual or remote program.
