Caterina’s Club Hospitality Academy

Caterina’s Club Hospitality Academy offers career exploration and job training for at-risk teenagers. The program focuses on hospitality-related skills and has served hundreds of teens through its training activities. More than 900 students have participated in Chef Bruno’s Hospitality Academy.

The Hospitality Academy launched in 2016. Associate Executive Director Iris Castillo is part of the leadership team for this program. Caterina’s Club partners with the Anaheim and Garden Grove Boys & Girls Clubs. Caterina’s Club is officially recognized as a 501(c)3 charitable organization. Chef Bruno Serato was named one of CNN’s 10 Heroes of the Year, was honored on the steps of the U.S. Capitol with a humanitarian award, and was knighted by the Italian Government with the title Sir Bruno Serato. Caterina’s Club’s mission is to provide warm meals, affordable housing assistance, and job training to homeless and low-income families throughout Southern California.
