About
Camp Alandale is a Christian non-profit mountain camp program that serves abused and neglected children in 4th–12th grade. The camp focuses on the gospel of Jesus Christ and maintains a small program with a 2:1 camper-to-counselor ratio, with 20–26 campers per week for five summer camps and 20–28 campers per weekend for four winter camps.
• Ages: 9–18 years old
• Schedule: Summer Kick-Off on June 6, 2026, from 11am to 3pm
Camp Alandale exists to introduce abused children to the life-changing reality of Jesus Christ and equip them to lead meaningful and productive lives. Since 1980 and with the help of many volunteer counselors, over 4,000 special children have been touched by the love of Jesus Christ. All campers are foster children and live in group homes or foster homes. Camp Alandale is not affiliated with any church or denomination. Camp Alandale currently serves Orange County and Riverside County in Southern California and plans to expand to other surrounding counties, and the ministry is fully supported by donations of time and finances from churches, companies, and individuals. Camps are currently being hosted at an off-site rental facility in Angelus Oaks, and roads to camp are damaged due to the storm in fall 2023.
