Camp Edwards Overnight Summer Camp

Camp Edwards Overnight Summer Camp includes activities such as a zip line, rock climbing on a rock climb wall, canoeing, swimming, and archery. The program takes place as a traditional overnight camp environment and offers an overnight summer camp experience for children in 1st to 9th grade. This overnight camp spans 6 days and 5 nights.

Camp Edwards Overnight Summer Camp is part of the YMCA of the East Valley, which is a nonprofit and the 10th largest YMCA association in California. The YMCA of the East Valley has been dedicated to serving the community since 1887. All camp counselors are CPR certified and receive training in first aid and lifesaving. The leadership team includes Interim Camp Edwards Executive Director Mark Thompson and Camp Director Autumn Lozano, with a Camp Edwards Executive Director position listed as coming soon. The YMCA of the East Valley states that its mission is to be an association of people of all ages, ethnic groups, and religious affiliations founded on Christian principles and dedicated to building strong kids, strong families, and strong communities through programs that develop spirit, mind, and body. Camp Edwards is accredited by the American Camp Association. This institution is an equal opportunity provider and is operated under special use permit with the San Bernardino National Forest. Financial assistance is available for this program, and the camp offers a variety of camp experiences, including overnight camps throughout the year and family overnight camps.
