Founded in 1981, Aptos Soccer Club is a volunteer-run 501c3 nonprofit organization. The club's mission is to develop, promote, and administer the game of soccer among youth without regard to race, creed, gender, ability, or economic advantage. In 2024, the club's competitive programs joined with the Santa Cruz County Breakers to form Santa Cruz United FC. The leadership team includes Nick de Sieyes as President, Gary Nelson as Treasurer, Kelly Palandrani as Secretary, Simon Titen as Director of Coaching, and Laura Mottram and Chris Spencer as At Large members.
