The organization emphasizes gaining valuable knowledge from every lesson and situation on or off the field and applying that knowledge to the next opportunity. It states that there is no time to worry about the past and that a poor or defeated attitude will not be tolerated. If players swing and miss or make an error, they are expected to adjust for the next opportunity.
