Cal Sports Camps offers sport-specific camps in baseball, basketball, crew, cross country, diving, field hockey, football, golf, gymnastics, lacrosse, rugby, soccer, softball, swimming, tennis, track and field, volleyball, and water polo. Camp activities include individual and group positional work and scrimmages in baseball, stroke technique camps with in-water training, dry-land conditioning, and classroom content for swimmers, and dry-land stretching routines and technical work for divers grouped by age and ability. Golf campers receive morning instruction at the practice facility followed by 9–18 holes of course play in the afternoon, and advanced baseball campers take part in college-level workouts with speed and agility sessions offered only after those camps.

Cal Baseball Camps work with the UC Berkeley Baseball program and provide world-class instruction from the Cal Baseball staff, along with an official Cal T-shirt and camp prizes. Head Coach Nancy McDaniel designed the golf program for players of all levels ages 10–17, and the Cal Bears golf coaching staff aims to provide a fun experience for juniors. Field hockey is led by Co-Directors Tara and Steve Danielson, both listed as Donna Fong Directors of Field Hockey, and golf is led by Head Coach Nancy McDaniel. Gymnastics leadership includes Geralen Stack-Eaton as Head Coach of the California women’s gymnastics team and Bryan Del Castillo as Camp Director and interim head coach for Cal men’s gymnastics in 2025. Lacrosse is led by Head Coach Ned Webster for men and Head Coach Jennifer Wong for women, while Jack Clark is Head Coach for men’s rugby, Leonard Griffin is Men’s Soccer Head Coach, and Neil McGuire is Head Women’s Soccer Coach. Tennis camps list Kris Kwinta as Camp Director and Peter Wright Director of Men’s Tennis, and volleyball camps list Jen Malcom as Camp Director and Head Volleyball Coach at Cal Berkeley, with Meagan Owusu as Co-Director and Cal Beach Volleyball Head Coach. Water polo leadership includes Kirk Everist as Head Coach, Men’s Water Polo and director of the Cal Water Polo Camp during the summer, and Coralie Simmons as Head Coach, Women’s Water Polo.
Jack Clark has led the rugby team to 24 National Championships in 15s and five National Championships in rugby 7s. Leonard Griffin was named Pac-12 Coach of the Year following the 2023 season in men’s soccer. Al Acosta became a five-time National Coach of the Year while leading Stanford’s women’s lightweight crew team.
