Founded in 1982, Camp Chrysalis has a mission to explore and learn, as well as to play and enjoy. The camp is known for its distinctive approach to environmental education and focuses on the active study of the environment and wildlife. It provides a welcoming community for non-binary campers and maintains a camper-to-staff ratio of better than 4:1. Children bring sleeping bags, tents (optional), and personal gear, and they help with meal preparation and camp maintenance.
