Yama Kids Yoga offers a variety of activities for children, including yoga birthday parties, camps, movie nights, and special events. The program is held at East Bay’s first yoga studio dedicated solely to teaching yoga to children, located in Berkeley, CA.

Yama Kids Yoga was founded in 2009 by Beth Houghton. The staff is certified to teach children's yoga by Karma Kids Yoga and adult yoga through 200 hours of training with Yoga Alliance and Flying Yoga Shala under Laura Camp. The program introduces kids to the three principles of yoga: movement, breathing, and meditation, while working with a child’s natural rhythm and energy.
