Youth Tennis Advantage offers a range of activities including tennis, academic success programs, and life skills education. The program is designed to integrate tennis with life skills education, focusing on underserved communities.

Founded in 1999 from a merger of the Youth Tennis Foundation and NJTL of San Francisco, Youth Tennis Advantage aims to close opportunity and achievement gaps for under-resourced youth in the San Francisco Bay Area. The program is recognized as an NJTL 4-Star Chapter and has partnered with the Laver Cup Legacy Project to support underserved youth. Mike Skinner serves as the Executive Director.
