Canoga Park Youth Arts Center Art Classes include art classes, video art lessons, online art workshops, and an art appreciation video for kids. Video Art Lessons are available through the Canoga Park Youth Arts Center's YouTube channel.

• Ages: 6–17 years old
• Schedule: Workshops are held Monday through Saturday in 8-week sessions that are held four times a year.

The center's mission is to bring quality innovative arts programming to the community by offering art classes to youth 6–17 years of age. The center's philosophy includes creating an environment to encourage interaction between professional artists and youth. DCA’s mission is to strengthen the quality of life in Los Angeles by stimulating and supporting arts and cultural activities, ensuring public access to the arts for residents and visitors alike.

The staff of educators is comprised of professionals from the Los Angeles art community. The leadership team includes Caitlin Moss, Art Center Director; Sofia Gabaldon, Administrative Clerk; and Donna Zanella, Arts Education Coordinator I.

The facility was funded by Prop K Recreation and Parks. DCA creates and supports arts programming, maximizing relationships with other city agencies, artists, and arts and cultural nonprofit organizations to provide service in neighborhoods throughout Los Angeles.
