Cirque, Tumble, Cheer offers aerial classes, tumbling classes, and a cheer team, along with kids aerial and teen/adult aerial options. The program also includes acro gymnastics, acrobatic gymnastics, cheer, and cirque/aerial activities. Additional classes include tot & me, preschool, NinjaZone, Lil Ninja, tumbling, and ninja.
• Ages: 2–18 years old
At Cirque, Tumble, Cheer, aerial uses apparatuses such as silks, ropes, and lyra that hang from the ceiling. Tumbling in this program focuses on acrobatic stunts. Cheer classes for kids and teens focus on building teams and learning stunts and cheer skills. Acrobatic gymnastics in the program is described as a lesser-known branch of gymnastics that combines strength, flexibility and teamwork. Ninja in this program is described as a fusion of obstacle course training, gymnastics, parkour, and character-building, and each ninja class's goals include learning confidence, trying new things, listening to the coach, and understanding respect for self and others. The program states that the first class is free. The program states that it prides itself in creating a safe, welcoming, inclusive place and offers exceptional instruction for all backgrounds and fitness levels, with the goal for participants to feel comfortable, supported, and excited about their new favorite sport.
