About the provider
NorCal Flag Football was founded in 2010, and the 2026 Fall Season marks its 54th official season. It is a family-owned and community driven program, and each location is operated directly by the league founders, board members, or founding family members. It is described as the longest-established youth flag football league in Northern California, and it was the first league in the area to offer all-girls divisions for every age group.
Convenient one-day-a-week commitment on Sundays with practices and games all on the same day. Friend and sibling requests may be submitted during registration and the staff works hard to accommodate them, but requests cannot be guaranteed. Teams are led by volunteer coaches; no prior coaching experience is necessary.
