Dreamers Gymnastics offers preschool gymnastics classes, girls gymnastics classes, gymnastics and tumbling classes, 1-on-1 private lessons, and a mobile gymnastics program. The program currently offers gymnastics and tumbling classes for girls and boys and uses state of the art equipment.
• Ages: 2–18 years old
• Schedule: Preschool classes are 50 minutes and girls gymnastics classes are 55 minutes, with class options Monday–Friday between 9am–11am and 2:30pm–7:30pm, and 1-on-1 private lessons available on weekends.
Coach Deja Griggs is the founder of Dreamers Gymnastics, is an Orange County gymnastics professional, and has been involved in the gymnastics community since she was 4 years old. She was an optional level competitive gymnast in Central California and has a BS in Kinesiology. Deja has coached for 20 years, working with toddlers through high level competitive teens in San Jose, Sacramento, and Southern California before opening Dreamers Gymnastics. In 2018 she created a visual aid for coaches and gymnasts called Gym Dots, which is sold through Norbert's Athletic Products and is used in gyms around the world, and she built her mobile gymnastics program from 2019–2021 before establishing a permanent facility in 2022. Dreamers Gymnastics carries liability insurance and is first aid and CPR certified. Deja has stated that she is thrilled to share her love of gymnastics with the children of Costa Mesa and Newport Beach.
