About
e3 Consulting offers individualized educational support through one-on-one work with each student, using customized plans that match each student’s unique learning style. The program embraces the principles of educational therapy and uses a holistic approach that includes academic, social, emotional, and physical enrichment in collaboration with families, schools, and other supportive professionals. e3 Consulting’s mission is to provide a community touch-base that uses a holistic approach to promote academic, social, emotional, and physical enrichment for students in collaboration with their families, schools, and other supportive professionals. The program emphasizes passionate service, commitment to excellence, and building relationships through strong collaboration, with the goal of facilitating individual growth, self-awareness, and academic achievement. The environment is staffed by a team that focuses on empowering students academically and emotionally while encouraging successful social development, and services are structured to help students and their families feel more confident about decisions involving each student’s academic pathway.
Rebecca (Becky) Hayes has been the Owner and Educational Consultant at e3 Consulting since 2004. She received her B.A. in education, a teaching credential in special education, and a Character Education Certificate. Her experience includes comprehensive training and work with children with special needs, teaching ESL, working as a reading specialist and behavior technician, and serving as a child advocate in the San Diego City School District, as well as teaching and supporting in private, public, charter, and home-school settings. e3 Consulting has provided nearly two decades of proactive support for over 1,500 families in the community and serves as a community touch-base in collaboration with students’ families, schools, and other supportive professionals.
One parent shared that the individual customized plan created for their son changed the course of his success and that e3’s consistency and focus on the “whole child” over eight years gave him a level of confidence he did not have before, with consistent communication between e3 and the school’s teachers and administration (Kara G., e3 parent). Another parent described that Becky and others at e3 made a significant difference for her son, not only in educational support but also as trusted adults who guided him through adolescence, and she believes that reaching out to e3 for support when her son was struggling was one of the best decisions she made as a parent (Sharon T., e3 parent).
