About the provider

Performing Arts Workshop says it has offered high-caliber dance training to the greater San Diego dance community since 1996. The studio describes itself as a safe, inclusive environment and says it enables each student to reach his or her full potential through hard work, encouragement, discipline, individual focus, dance education, correct technical training, creativity, and artistry. It also says it believes strongly that it takes a village to make a dancer and describes its village as a supportive, caring, wonderful place to dance, make friends, and share new experiences.

New students can join a free four week new student challenge or take one class for free. For students 18 and under, the site says to visit the Youth Program Page to read policies and fill out the 26/27 year registration form. Tuition is on an hourly rate schedule; monthly tuition is due on the 1st and late after the 3rd with a $25 late fee. If a student withdraws before the end of a semester, there is a $50 withdrawal fee per family. There are no withdrawals permitted in June.
