Project Performer

Project Performer offers acting classes for Grades K-2, Grades 3-7, and Grades 8-12, with a technique focus on vocal and physical choices, expression, and character development. It also offers Page to Stage, Acting for Film/TV, Improv, Voiceover, an Acting Competition Team, and an Acting Conservatory Extension Program, along with Ballet, Pre-Pointe, Tap, Hip Hop, and Jazz.

Programs

• Acting — Grades K-2; Grades 3-7; Grades 8-12 · Go-to technique class focused on building an acting toolbox through vocal and physical choices, expression, and character development.
• Page to Stage (NEW!) — Production-focused class where students explore putting together a play, crafting/writing a story, building a character, and collaborating in a cast environment.
• Acting for Film/TV — Students learn acting for a film set, including tech terminology, shooting styles, partnering, eye line, and on-set expectations.
• Improv — Intro to short- and long-form improv exercises with relationship, emotion, character, object work, and game.
• Voiceover — Learn how to use your voice to portray different characters for animated films, video games, television shows, and live-action films.
• Acting Competition Team — Audition-only competition team that rehearses monologues and/or scenes to compete or perform at different venues throughout the season.
• Acting Conservatory Extension Program — Invite-only program focused on self-produced projects and/or performances, with monthly phone calls and 1-on-1 check-ins.
• Ballet — Technical dance foundation with barre work and center floor combinations.
• Pre-Pointe — Class to further develop and strengthen muscles necessary to go en pointe; includes anatomy and proper positioning of the foot and ankle.
• Tap — Level 1 starts with tap basics and combinations; higher levels build advanced technique, combinations, and intricate footwork.
• Hip Hop — Blends hip hop foundations such as popping and locking with commercial hip hop style.
• Jazz — Focuses on jazz technique, strength, flexibility, and performance skills.

• General schedule: 2026-2027 season; tuition is calculated based on 38 weeks of in-class instruction during August 10th 2026 – June 20th, 2027.
