Berkeley Academy offers hands-on science and art activities such as making snow, learning about winter precipitation and the water cycle, and building an explosive volcano. The program includes Afterschool Arts & Science, S.T.E.A.M.-focused learning, cooking, computer science, painting, folding origami, planting a garden full of healthy vegetables, blowing a bubble tower, and toasting s'mores. Children also take part in Circle Time, Read-A-Loud, Arts and Craft, STEAM Activities, and special events like Dr. Seuss Week with cooking Green Eggs and Ham, a talent show, a potluck, becoming a weather reporter, and Father's Day crafts.

Berkeley Academy includes daily Chinese language classes and a Math Infinity | Kinder Math Infinity program designed for students Pre-K to 1st grade that emphasizes independent and active problem solving. The program follows a Reggio Emilia-inspired Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten approach with a child-centered, thematic learning environment that combines Reggio Emilia and STEAM curriculum and a “100 Languages” approach. It offers an Innovative TK–K Program in multiple locations, a Full-Day Kindergarten Program, and a Half-Day program for children who attend public AM or PM school, along with a small student:staff ratio, a big outdoor playground, a new playground with a swing set and sun shade, and nutritious meals and snacks.
Berkeley Academy’s weekly themes include Math Monday, Science Tuesday, Sharing Wednesday, Reading Thursday, and Art/Cooking Friday, along with a STEM Activity Weekly and an Etiquette & Life Skills program that uses videos and role play of similar scenarios. Daily structure for TK–K includes Homework, Article of the Day, Lunch, Outdoor Play, Snacks, STEAM Activities, Lexia, and Ready to go Home time.
