Palm Academy offers daycare services, after school programs, and after-school tutoring programs that include homework help and activities in math, language, art, and music. The program includes specific options such as English programs, Math programs, Critical Thinking programs, the FasTracKids early learning program, and the Abrakadoodle art and creativity program. Children also take part in games that improve coordination and can participate in a mix of activities intended to provide a balanced education and improve critical thinking, collaborative skills, communication, confidence, and creativity.

Palm Academy was established in 2006. It provides preschool childcare services from 6 weeks to 18 years and offers programs designed to serve children from infancy, preschool, kindergarten, and through 8th grade. The program offers a full academy that nurtures and educates intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development, with a child care curriculum and school-age enrichment curriculum powered by the PALS Enrichment Program that can help children advance academically all the way to ninth grade and teaches kids how to self-study. The Abrakadoodle art and creativity program offered on campus is nationally accredited and award-winning, and each Abrakadoodle class offers a specific educational experience that demonstrates artistic techniques and encourages creativity.
Palm Academy is a licensed learning center and after school program with a safe and engaging daycare facility, a courtyard where students can exercise and develop social skills after homework and enrichment, and a fleet of vans with trained drivers who transport school-aged children to and from school; it is described as the only facility in the Fremont area that offers this van transport service. Child care staff are certified and carefully vetted, teachers are qualified, and staff are trained and described as experts who remain committed to giving families a safe place for children. Palm Academy is described as Top Rated Local® and Rated Local®. Its mission statement is to help children be successful in school and in life by providing a balanced academic education that focuses on critical thinking, communication, creativity, collaboration, and confidence. Since 2006, Palm Academy has been working with families in the Fremont community to bring up healthy, happy children, and it remained open throughout the COVID-19 crisis while monitoring and following daily guidance from the CDC, local Health Departments, and Licensing Agencies.
