LAFC Youth Camps offers official training sessions delivered by LAFC Camps Coaches that include technical drills, tactical drills, and scrimmages. Camp days also feature a technical talk and end with a closing ceremony.
• Ages: 6–15 years old
• Schedule: Full-day camps run Monday through Friday from 9 am to 3 pm
• Price: General Public - Early Bird - $399; General Public - Regular - $425; Returning Player - Early Bird - $375; Returning Player - Regular - $425; LAFC Members - Early Bird - $350; LAFC Members - Regular - $385; Uniform is an additional approximately $55, including shipping and taxes (total may vary). Early Bird pricing is valid through February 15th.
The camp program’s stated mission is to support the player’s development on and off the field by providing premier coaching that enhances a player’s skills, increases confidence, and their overall understanding and enjoyment of the game. The LAFC Youth Camps offer a stated focus on learning the methodologies behind LAFC's distinctive football style, and participants train following the methodology used by the LAFC First Team under the guidance of the LAFC camp coaches. Camp participants and their families are given the chance to deepen their connection with the club and be a greater part of the LAFC community.
Select participants are given the chance to take part in special events, including first team matches with special access, with restrictions applying. Prizes are awarded to recognize players for top performances both on and off the field, and there are LAFC camp giveaways. Official LAFC team merchandise is sold periodically at each camp. The program states that safety is the first priority and that it strictly follows government and facility guidelines to support safety for all participants and staff.
Players are required to provide their own shoes and shin guards. Families are told that players generally must bring soccer cleats, an individual water bottle, a packed lunch and snacks, sunscreen, and a full training kit consisting of an LAFC Camp jersey, shorts, and socks. The uniform is an additional required purchase and becomes available for ordering online after camp registration is completed, in time before camp starts.
