About the provider

The program has been operating since 1998. Its mission statement says the core of the practice is rooted in discipline, respect, humility, and the belief that who someone is off the mat is just as important as the work they put into training. Coach Lauren has a 3rd degree black belt in Kenpo Karate and training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Coach Dakota has black belts in Koden Kan Karate and Shaolin Kenpo, competed at a national level with G.S.K.A., N.B.L., and A.M.A.P.A., and holds Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer certifications, along with an Associate’s in Kinesiology. Lauren has been teaching in Healdsburg for the last 4 years and spent most of her 27 years with SGM Maldonado assisting with adult and children’s classes.
