La Verne San Dimas Pop Warner Football & Cheer offers youth football and cheer, along with a football skills camp. The program also includes a training series focused on functional movement, speed and agility, and injury prevention.

The La Verne San Dimas Pop Warner (LVSD) program has served the community since 1963. LVSD develops young athletes by instilling the values of teamwork, commitment, respect, sportsmanship, and academic achievement. LVSD’s mission is to create well-rounded student athletes who excel both on the field and in the classroom. As a proud member of the Mt. Baldy Football Conference and guided by the National Pop Warner Little Scholars program, LVSD follows Pop Warner’s mission to teach fundamental values, skills, and knowledge through participation in team sports and activities in a safe and structured environment, while emphasizing academic success and sportsmanship.
Pop Warner programs connected with LVSD have no tryouts or cutting of rosters, and everyone participates under mandatory rules of play. On-field coaching is allowed for younger age levels, and players are matched by age and weight levels. There are strict mandatory equipment requirements, and Pop Warner provides Coaching Clinics and Risk Management Training, supported by an enforced national rule book and a full-time executive staff that assists local associations.
La Verne San Dimas Pop Warner is proud to sponsor a special training series with Coach David, who has over 20 years of experience in functional movement, speed and agility, and injury prevention. THE BIG ONE — FREE Football Skills Camp is offered as part of the program’s activities. Live football and cheer registration is available on-site at certain events, and online registration is also available. LVSD JV Cheer has earned a National Championship, and Jr PeeWee has been named Mt. Baldy Champions.
