• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: Options Monday–Thursday midday to evening, Friday morning to evening, with weekend training by appointment
Next Level Soccer Training was founded in 2020 and is led by Ilyas Tasci, who holds a US Soccer B License and works as an MLS Pro Youth Scout, and by facility manager and owner Tatiana Tasci. The mission of the program is to instill technical sharpness in players from beginners to elite athletes through intense, maximum repetitions, while emphasizing tactical awareness and decision-making with the ball. The program also states an objective of using the game to foster self-confidence, discipline, and independence and to make NLST a home off the field. Coach Ilyas brings experience as a Swiss native raised in the European soccer academy environment, a four-year starter for Montclair State University's nationally ranked men's soccer program, and a player ranked 13th all time in goal scoring in school history, as well as being part of the NCAA record-breaking home unbeaten streak from 2005–2009 and being honored by the Bergen Record as part of the New Jersey Player of the Decade team. His background includes a bachelor's degree in International Business from Montclair State University, a master's degree in Sports Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University, college coaching roles at New Jersey City University, St. Peter’s College, and Nyack College across NCAA Divisions 1–3, and six years coaching and scouting for the New York Red Bulls MLS youth academy. One family testimonial notes that his experience in international soccer comes through in both technical and tactical coaching and describes his advice as boosting player confidence and helping them focus on specific needs.
